The application deadline for the May 2012 Part IV Examination is:

Applicants have three methods of accessing applications for the Part IV Examination:

  1. Enter information online and print the completed application form. Applications will be available in November 2011. A checklist and instructions are also available.
  2. Print a blank application form (available in November 2011) and enter the information manually.
  3. Use the printed application included in the current NBCE Examinee Information brochure (available in November 2011). Printed brochures are available from college registrars or from the NBCE headquarters.

After an application is complete, the applicant must:

  1. Obtain required signatures and/or documentation.
  2. Attach appropriate fees.
  3. Mail the completed form to the NBCE at the address below.
