The NBCE has two publications available for purchase.
The Practice Analysis of Chiropractic 2010 is a report that summarizes the practice of chiropractic in the United States based on the responses of 2,371 full-time chiropractors from all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Survey respondents reported information regarding their practices and professional responsibilities, then rated the level of risk to a patient’s health or safety when specific professional functions were poorly performed or omitted.
The brochure Studies on Chiropractic is a summary of published studies and official inquiries documenting the efficacy and appropriateness of chiropractic health care. It discusses the growing prominence of chiropractic care, as well as studies on chiropractic treatment for back pain, neck pain, and other disorders. In addition, the brochure describes the cost-effectiveness of chiropractic care and the qualifications for practicing chiropractic.
