“Visionary Leadership in Chiropractic”

Dr. William Morgan, President, Parker College of Chiropractic

Dr. Morgan will share a vision for moving chiropractic toward a strategy that will allow us to fulfill our destiny of reaching the world with our care and move past the petty (reactionary) fights that encumber progress. Morgan will share the hazards of reactionary decision making versus our need to develop and implement a strategic plan of action. Dr. Morgan is convinced that the greatest deficiency in organizations today is the lack of strategy and leadership. Morgan has spent his career circulating in the highest echelons of national and international leadership, from heads of state to the Supreme Court, U.S. Congress, organized medicine, magnates of industry, and the highest ranks of the U.S. military.  He has discussed leadership, decision-making, and strategy with many great leaders, understanding the characteristics that separate a good leader from a mediocre leader.
